WordPress Plugin – Social Discussions – Version 5.8 is out

We are always working on making social sharing easier for our web publishing users. As part of that effort, latest release of the plugin incorporates new features and also the feedback we received from our users.

Below is a quick list of new features that Social Discussions version 5.8 sports:

  • Facebook Share button: This button is a great option for users who want to enabling sharing on Facebook without using the Facebook Like button. The button comes without any Share or Like count.
  • Support for Foursquare button: This release offers basic support for the Save to FourSquare button. Watch this blog for expanded support for the button in the next release.
  • Support for Snip.it: This release also supports Snip.it button. If you have not discovered already, Snip.it is a cool service that lets you Snip content of the web put it into a collection.
